• A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve an order date.
• Final payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
• Orders are not confirmed until the required payment has been received.
• The customer assumes responsibility for the order once it has been picked up or delivered and accepted.
• Confection Perfection, LLC reserves the right to photograph completed products for marketing and portfolio purposes.
• Custom cakes and cupcakes are handcrafted and exact duplication of inspiration photos cannot be guaranteed.

Submitting an order inquiry does not guarantee availability or acceptance of an order. All orders are subject to review based on scheduling availability, design requirements, and production capacity.

An order is not considered booked or reserved until pricing has been approved and the required payment has been received.

All pricing is determined after the order details have been reviewed and finalized.

A non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve an event date. The amount of the retainer will be determined at the time the order is accepted.

The remaining balance is due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Orders placed within fourteen (14) days of the event date may require full payment at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment by the specified due date may result in cancellation of the order.

Due to the custom nature of all products, retainers are non-refundable.

If an order is canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date, any payments received beyond the non-refundable retainer may be refunded at the sole discretion of Confection Perfection, LLC.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the event date.

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been accepted, consumed, altered, improperly stored, improperly transported, or damaged after pickup or delivery.

Confection Perfection, LLC will make every reasonable effort to create products that reflect the customer's requested design, theme, and inspiration photos.

However, all products are handcrafted and unique. Exact duplication of another baker's work, inspiration photos, colors, decorative elements, or designs cannot be guaranteed.

The baker reserves the right to make minor artistic modifications as necessary to achieve the best possible final product.

Products are prepared in a Pennsylvania licensed home kitchen.

While every effort is made to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to:

• Milk
• Eggs
• Wheat
• Soy
• Peanuts
• Tree Nuts

Confection Perfection, LLC cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Customers are responsible for notifying the baker of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing an order.

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed-upon pickup time.

Once an order has been picked up or delivered and accepted, full responsibility for the condition of the product transfers to the customer.

Confection Perfection, LLC is not responsible for any damage occurring after pickup or delivery acceptance.

Delivery fees may apply when delivery services are requested.

For pickup orders, cakes should be transported on a flat, level surface in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle.

Cakes should never be transported on vehicle seats, in laps, or in areas where they may slide, tip, or shift during travel.

Confection Perfection, LLC is not responsible for damage caused during transportation after the order leaves the baker's possession.

Cakes and cupcakes should be stored in a cool, climate-controlled environment away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture.

Specific storage instructions may be provided depending on the design and ingredients used.

Failure to follow storage recommendations may impact the appearance, structure, and quality of the product.

Some cakes may contain non-edible support structures or decorative components including but not limited to dowels, support rods, floral picks, wires, toppers, or other structural elements.

Customers are responsible for removing all non-edible items before serving.

Confection Perfection, LLC reserves the right to photograph completed products and use those photographs for marketing, advertising, website content, social media posts, promotional materials, and portfolio displays.

No personal customer information will be published without permission.

The customer acknowledges that Confection Perfection, LLC's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

Under no circumstances shall Confection Perfection, LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, use, transportation, storage, or consumption of any product.

By submitting an order inquiry, approving a price quote, submitting payment, accepting delivery, or accepting pickup of any order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
